sysUpTime - The OID is ".1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0"

It is the amount of time since the network management portion of the system was last re-initialized. It stands for SNMP agent uptime, will reset after re-enable SNMP service.

hrSystemUptime - The OID is ".1.3.6.1.2.1.25.1.1.0"

It is the amount of time since this host was last initialized. It stands for system uptime of the device.
