How to limit the traffic rate via ACL?

Scenario

On switch, the "Bandwidth Control" feature is port-based only.

Sometimes we'd like to regulate the rate of specific criteria, like VLAN + port, MAC address + port, IP + VLAN, etc.

How do we achieve the goal via ACL?

Step

1. Go to Advanced Application -> Classifier, and create classifier with the desired rule.

2. Go to Advanced Application -> Policy Rule, create and activate policy.

For L2 switch models:

Select the classifier(s), enable Rate Limit, and input the rate (kbps).

For L2+/L3 switch models:

Select the classifier(s), enable Metering, input the rate (kbps), and check "Drop the packet" of Out-of-profile action.
