Why can't I see the AP on the map?

Question

I have an AP at my site, and it is online without any issue. However, it cannot be seen via the map. How can I do to show it on the map?

Answer

It is because the AP is not placed on the map.

Go to Site-wide > Map & floor plans, and click the arrow sign. 

Click the "Un-placed" page and drag the icon to the position on the map as you want.
