Why are specific LAN hosts of Nebula Security Gateway (NSG) sometimes unable to access the Internet?
Sometimes the specific LAN hosts cannot acess the Internet; however the Nebula device is still showing up as online status in NCC.
Once you confirmed the phenomenon then go to Gateway security>Event log. Filtering with "System" category, and keyword being host IP with issue or "session", you can find the log message as show in the screenshot "Maximum sessions per host (1000) was exceeded".
You can increase the session threshold at Gateway security>Traffic Shaping. The default setting is 1000 per host.
