We tried to register a Nebula access point in one of our organization and found the following error message:
How do we move the Nebula device into this organization?
The Nebula device must first be unregister from any existing Nebula Organization before you can register it in another.
To unregister a Nebula device,
1. Go to your site and select AP/SWITCH/GATEWAY page.
2. Check the Nebula device you wish to unregister and select [Move] followed by [ Remove from site ]
3. Go to ORGANIZATION > Configure > Inventory.
4. Check the device you wish to unregister and select [- Unregister]
You should now be able to register the device MAC address and serial number in a different organization.
