Why can’t a TFTP tool be used to do a firmware upgrade or recovery sometimes?

When using a TFTP tool to do a firmware upgrade or recovery, the following message may pop up:
“Tftpd32 is running as a service” can mean that the user has installed the ZyXEL ZON software on the computer. The ZON software will automatically run its own permanent TFTP program, ZyTftpd32_svc, in the background.
Users should stop this service before using another TFTP tool.
