Why cannot the user log in-to the NAS's Gallery?
Step
Steps:
The admin account of the NAS is different from the admin account of the Gallery package. They uses the same default password, which is "1234". Modifying the admin password of the NAS doesn't change the admin password of the Gallery package.
If the user wants to change the password of the Gallery's admin account, refer to the steps below.
1. Log into http://ip_address:5000/pkg/gallery/ with the admin account and default password "1234".
2. Go to Admin > Users/Groups.
3. Edit the admin account's information.
4. Type the new password and click Modify user.
Verification
After logging out, the admin account of the Gallery has been changed to the new password.
Now, you can use the new password to log in.
