Why are the NAS/NSA's fan and LED not working, even if users can still access and manage the NAS/NSA and data?
Reboot the device to check the hardware components of the LED and fan.
Since the NAS has a check mechanism, when it boots up all hardware components will light and start to work. Therefore, users can check which components are working normally or not.
If during booting process, the LED and/or fan still fail to work, users should NOT repair or replace the hardware components themselves. Contact the local reseller or distributor for repair or replacement services.
