How to access file sharing USB stick from CPE LAN and WAN on AMG1312-T10B

Answer

Here using AMG1312-T10B with V200AAFP1H0 firmware for example.Here using AMG1312-T10B with V200AAFP1H0 firmware for example.

 

Accesses file sharing from WAN

1.Make sure CPE get WAN IP address and the USK stick plug on CPE already.

2.Access to web GUI> Network Setting> Home Networking> File Sharing, tick Active the File Sharing Service (SMB) and select Share Directory Access Level as Public.

3.At the same page, click Modify> Edit. Then tick Active and fill in username/password in pop window. Press Apply button after all information has been filled.

4.Click the right button on the mouse of Computer on your laptop/PC, and select Map network device.

5.Fill in the Folder path is \\CPE _WAN_IP\public and tick Connect using different credentials. Press Finish button after all information has been filled.

6.Enter your username/password, then press OK button.  You will access to USB stick succeed.

1.Make sure the USK stick plug on CPE already.
