What is the procedure to resolve this issue in which the device fails to register and connect to myzyxel.com?
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
Step 1. Please ensure that the WAN interface IP address can public access to Internet is working properly.
Step2. Please go to Confogiration > System > DNS > Domain Zone Forwarder > Add as below picture:
Add Domain Zone: *
And Public DNS Server: 22.214.171.124 to ensure the device can access Internet as well,
Query via: the WAN interface which customer uses to access the Internet.
Step3. Please go to Configuration > Licensing > Registration > Service > Press "Service License Refresh" as shown below:
